Compliance

Compliance is now more complex than ever. In our globalised world, the regulatory challenges are constantly growing. That is why we are continually adapting our processes and systems to the legal frameworks. In order to highlight the importance of compliance, we have enshrined it in our corporate policy: “We comply with applicable laws and internal guidelines.” Compliance is therefore an integral part of our corporate culture. We operate a Compliance Management System that enables you as a customer, business partner or employee of the company to act in accordance with coherent and binding structures.

It is important to identify potential misconduct at an early stage to ensure that our corporate policy is adhered to. One of the ways we do this is through receiving reports of possible compliance violations. A compliance violation is a violation of applicable law or internal guidelines committed by or against our employees in Germany or abroad during the performance of their official duties. Such violations include, for example, corruption offences, competition and antitrust offences, breaches of data protection, as well as accounting, financial and tax offences. In order to be able to uncover and prevent compliance violations, we rely on our employees as well as our customers and business partners. If you notice any signs of a compliance violation, you can report them through various channels. However you choose to report the violation, we assure you that every report will be treated in the strictest confidence – anonymously if you wish.
